Welcoming new patients to our practice is a very rewarding experience, and a responsibility we accept with pride and commitment. By referring your friends and relatives to our office, it tells us you value the relationships we have built together.

New patients to our practice will receive $50 off any office visit when they present the "Care to Share" card you have given them at their first appointment. You will also receive $50 off your next office visit as our way of saying "thank you" for the new patient referral.
